I love our new oven: the light is really strong and you can really see what’s cooking. The photo doesn’t do the experience justice. It’s like watching TV. Well…. the programme isn’t really exciting, but still.
Fresh yeast

With some flour and a teaspoon of suger and some lukewarm water, fresh yeast soon starts bubbling. A good start of a lovely bread.
