Apologies for poor photograph. This mouse was discovered in the meter cupboard. Not a good combination: mice + electricity. The mouse didn’t survive, but it could have shortcircuited and caused a fire…
Borehole

Removing chimney

As it turns out you can use a pressure spray, purchased for spraying leaf feed on my veg, for applying wallpaper remover on walls and ceilings. (Yes, our ceilings have wallpaper on them too)
Such a pity I didn’t think of this about 170 sqm ago…
